Energy efficiency does a lot by using only a little. It is the cheapest, cleanest, and most readily available way to tackle America's energy challenges. Increasing our energy efficiency will create permanent new jobs, save consumers money by lowering utility bills, and reduce our risky reliance on polluting fossil fuels.
