When Clean Energy Grants Run Out, Will a ‘Green Bank’ Take Over?

As stimulus funds and tax credits for energy projects start to wind down, industry leaders and policy-makers are pondering new ways to provide continued funding to the budding clean energy and energy efficiency sectors.  Experts say that without continued federal financing, the industries will not be able to grow.
